This project allowed me to truly step into the users’ shoes by experiencing the EV buying journey firsthand. Over two months, I worked end-to-end from deep research to detailed execution constantly questioning assumptions and looking beyond surface level insights. It became a process of asking better questions, challenging what we thought we knew, and analysing layered data to uncover the small, often overlooked factors that quietly influence decision-making.

This project allowed me to truly step into the users’ shoes by experiencing the EV buying journey firsthand.
